Pouring a moody light gold, with a head full of tiny white bubbles. On the nose, lots of fruity esters, bready malts and hop aromatics of citrus, herb and a light grassiness. The pallet delivers flavours of grainy to bready malts and a light malt sweetness that leads into a moderate hop character that lingers on the sip. Light in body, highly effervescent with lots of carbonation, with an added zippiness leading to a dry finish.This easy drinking Ale pairs well with battered seafood, spicy fried chicken, Asian or Thai dishes, and warm Spring weather.
