Presenting our new wheatwine, Haystack. This oft-sought after style is the wheat counterpart to a barleywine. Wheatwines are just as boozy as barleywines but with subtle fruit notes and the velvet softness of wheat.We brewed Haystack in early 2020 and nestled it away to condition and develop more complex flavours for 6 months. Haystack 2020 is ready to be enjoyed now or cellared for years to come.Our 2020 vintage of Haystack exhibits notes of pear, apple, honey, and light caramel with a soft, bready mouthfeel and a warming finish. We love it now and we are excited to see what new flavours develop in the years to come.
