This grisette is lightly dryhopped to produce orange citrus and slight pepper notes, and the addition of orange zest brings a crisp and natural bitterness while citra delivers notes of fresh-squeezed citrus and soft stone fruit. We have created a low ABV ale that is floral, light, and crisp with a gentle tartness & lively carbonation that enhances this citrus character without overpowering it.
