Our flagship IPA, Shumei (SHOO-MAY) is a highly aromatic and hazy brew, boasting notes of ripe mangoes and stone fruit, all while sporting an impressively smooth palate with hints of citrus and finishing with a perfectly refined bitterness. Utilizing the best qualities of both worlds, our hops are sourced from both east and west varietals, creating the perfect blend of East Coast and West Coast IPA styles. Often imitated but never bettered, Shumei is the first and last name in hybrid IPAs and a beer we will stake our reputation upon.
