This series of hazy ales we are naming after mystical and mythical plants, as we also share veneration for the wonder and magic of plant science, deep rooted across generations and cultures. The perpetual quest for hop balance has led us in interesting uncharted directions, like the crafting of curious recipes, and the creation of unique and novel hop profiles.
This hazy IPA showcased the electric fruit character of Superdelic paired with classic Citra, with bursting aromas of candy-like tropical fruit, red berries, and citrus peel rising from the glass. On the palate, expect layers of tutti-frutti candy, mango, pineapple, and bright orange, with a subtle berry-lime pop from Superdelic. Citra reinforces the juicy tropical core while adding freshness and vibrancy. A soft, pillowy finish with restrained bitterness keeps everything smooth and crushable.
