White Picket Fence Donut Peach

$4.42 + tax

A symbol synonymous with Bellwoods Brewery, White Picket Fence is a Blended Foeder Saison made in the Solera style.

This complex beer starts out aging in oak and is then blended with a small percentage of fresh beer, before being lightly dry-hopped and bottle-conditioned. The final result? Layers upon layers of balanced acidity, subtle brett, champagne-like carbonation, bright hop character, and lemon meringue aromatics.

This special edition includes Donut peaches hand processed by our team in the late summer from Warner Farms. The carbonation remains front and centre, holding up massive stone fruit notes with ease while allowing subtler brett notes to play in the background.
