Tout Au Four is a French cooking term meaning “everything in the oven!” and also perfectly encapsulates what we’ve cooked up here: four breweries, four styles, all brought together in one very special box. We teamed up with  Isle De Garde, WILLS, Messorem and Mellön to create a lineup that showcases the best of each style: a Czech Pilsner, a Lager, an IPA and a TIPA, all coming together as one cohesive (and delicious) quartet.

First course is a light, crispy Lager we brewed with Isle de Garde. Brewed with Franconian lager yeast and hopped exclusively with Mandarina Bavaria, this is a light-bodied, easy-drinking Lager with notes of orange zest, wildflower honey and flower petals.

Next up is a Czech Pilsner brewed with Mellön. Using exclusively Czech Saaz hops, this is a rounder, more full-bodied lager that remains extremely crushable. Expect notes that evoke the inside of a sauna, with hints of white sage and petrichor. 

Moving into bigger beer territory is our IPA brewed with Messorem. Soft, round and smooth, this IPA was brewed with Riwaka, Southern Cross and El Dorado CGX hops, bringing flavours of melon popsicles, strawberry Campinos and dried pineapple to your glass.

And to top it off, we have a big, juicy, soft and round TIPA brewed with WILLS. Brewed with Citra, Loral, Southern Cross and Superdelic hops, this one brings notes of fresh mimosa, sour grape candies and mango lassi to the table.
