We’re back with version two of Paper Moon, our dreamy collab with Third Moon Brewing.

This West Coast Pilsner features Simcoe and NZ Cascade – a down-under take on a classic West Coast hop with a piney, dank profile and a slightly fruitier edge than American Cascade. It delivers a firm, nostalgic bitterness and fuller body reminiscent of old school West Coast IPAs, balanced by the clean, crisp, crushable finish of a pilsner.

Dank, overripe fruit aromatics lead into notes of white peach, ripe nectarine, light pine, and a touch of pepper on the finish. Skip the stars and consider this your own Artemis II, headed straight for the moon.
