Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. Ie, a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo — and this time we're focusing on LORAL! 
We have recently been experimenting with shorter boil times in order to achieve a brighter, more yellow base beer, which we utilized for this specific batch. 
This edition of Monogamy Loral gives notes of scrumptious pineapple syrup, refreshing crysanthamum tea and those beautiful chewable vitamin-C tablets from when you were a little wee one.
