Simcoe and Citra fill this DIPA to the brim with huge notes of Orange zest, Candied pineapple, and Mango Slushees. We loaded up the oats in the grist to give that creamy mouth feel, and bright, dense foam when poured. It’s Simcoe and Citra, is there a better hop combo? I don’t think we’ve found one (yet….)
