On Thursday, May 14, we are honoured to welcome Jamie Waldron of J. Waldron Butchers  for a three-course tasting menu showcasing Jamie's skillful butchery alongside our barrel-aged beer.

The dishes are prepared by our own Chef Mitchell Gatschuff, with Jamie and Barrel Heart brewer Mark Horsley on hand to expand your understanding of their respective crafts. 
Tickets are $125 per person (tax and tip included) with one seating at 6:30 pm. Please retain your receipt as a ticket. Menu subject to change. Tickets are non-refundable.
