Process & tasting notes: All Our Days in Amber is an aged amber saison blended from a larger puncheon of beer aged for 30 months with three barrels of beer aged for 12 months.

The nose is full of classic European mixed-fermentation aromatics; rich Munich malts, noble Czech hops, and oaky barrel character with a brush of leathery Brettanomyces. The beer finishes bone-dry with a refreshing hop bitterness.

Serving suggestions: This beer is drinking well now and will continue to improve for two to three years. Enjoy in our tumbler glass.
