Brewed in observation of (and to be enjoyed on) the Winter solstice, THE LONGEST NIGHT is as dark as the night it celebrates. Brewed with molasses, vanilla and Dutch cocoa, and fermented with a German lager yeast before being aged in a Heaven’s Hill bourbon barrel for three months, this high alcohol triplebock is full of rich, deep flavours. A perfect fireside slow sipper, to warm you from the inside out.
