An annual tradition, we release MADNESS OF OPHELIA every year on Christmas Eve. This is a robust, warming English Barley Wine, full of rich caramel and malt flavours, and aged for six months in a fresh bourbon barrel, lending it smooth whiskey aromas and a hint of oak.
